1. Is there any warranty for my purchases?

Yes, warranty for manufacturing defect is provided for all items in accordance to the manufacturer. Warranty period varies from products to products. We will handle any warranty claims for you, so you do not have to deal directly with the manufacturer. Just return to us your defective product with the receipt within the warranty period and we’ll get it replaced or fixed immediately.



2. Are the prices fixed?

Yes, all the price listed in our website are already fixed(unless "negotiable" status is stated). The prices of the products are considered very reasonable in the market. We save you the trouble from mistakenly imported
defective, counterfeit products and also provide warranty support for all your purchases with us.


3. Do you ship internationally?

No.We only provide shipping service within East & West of Malaysia at the moment.



4. How long does delivery take?

We might need 1-2 days to process the order after receiving cleared payment.The shipping time mostly depend on the shipping method which you have decided to use.It takes roughly 1-2 days to reach places within Peninsular Malaysia and 2-5 days to reach East Malaysia(Sabah/
Sarawak) .

5. What are the methods to make payment?

We do accept online bank transfer (Hong Leong Bank,Maybank2u), cash deposit ,direct bank-in & COD(certain areas only). Furthermore,we also accept payment thru PayPal. You can either pay with your PayPal balance or with Credit Cards/Debit Cards through PayPal as well.


6. Can I have a refund because I do not like the item that I bought anymore?

No.We cannot accept returns because you simply did not like the product ,but we are happy to work with you to make sure that you know everything possible BEFORE you purchase .
 



7. Could I enjoy any discount or get a whole sale price if order in bulks?
