Please read our terms and conditions before placing your order.

• All merchandise sold is non-refundable, non-returnable or  non-exchangeable.
• All prices are fixed and final.  We don’t entertain any negotiation on pricing unless "negotiable status is stated".
• All items are available on ‘first come, first served’ basis with no reservation allowed .
• Once confirmation is made,strictly NO BACKOUT .If you have changed your mind to purchase the particular item or wish to make a cancellation before we confirmed your order ,please do send us an email to notify us.Otherwise,you will be blacklisted(In fact,we really don't hope to blacklist anyone).
• Some of the sample shots are taken from the Internet for reference purpose only.We don't bear any responsibility on the result produced by any of our products.
• Some of the items status may marked as Pre-order.  Please place order only if you are comfortable with the waiting time.  (approximately. 1-2 weeks after the pre-order closing date or even longer)
• Pre-order is conducted on a bi-weekly/monthly basis and might be extended longer to meet the minimum quota.
• Pre-order batch that does not meet the minium quota will be cancelled and we will fully refund your deposit within three(3) working days after the cancellation notice.  
• 50% deposit must be paid for pre-order items upon order confirmation and the remaining balance is to be settled once we notify you of the arrival of the items.   
• Deposit paid will not be refunded simply because you do not interested in the item anymore while waiting for the arrival of the items.
• All items will only be shipped out upon receiving payment confirmation from customer.
• Full payment must be made for ready stock items upon order confirmation.   All items will only be shipped out upon receiving payment confirmation from customer.
• We will neither be responsible for any damage nor lost of items while in transit prior to reaching their destination nor be responsible for any delay that may have been caused by the shipping services.
• All items will be checked carefully to ensure they are in good working condition before being shipped out.  Customers should notify us of any manufacturing defects within three (3) days upon receiving the item or the transaction would be deemed completed.
• We make our best efforts to describe the items as accurately as possible.Color of the delivered products may slightly vary from what have you seen in the photos depends on the resolution of your monitor. We may from time to time vary the dimensions and specifications on our website without any prior notice.
• We reserve the rights to make adjustment to our pricing or T&C without any prior notice.
